Internet in Sunset Canyon ranges from "excellent" to "you'll want Starlink as a backup," depending on which street you're on.

## Fiber

**AT&T Fiber** and **Spectrum** have built into portions of Sunset Canyon over the last few years, with gigabit and multi-gig tiers where available. Coverage is patchy lot-by-lot — check the address, not the subdivision.

## Fixed wireless

Regional WISPs like **Rise Broadband** and several Hill Country operators serve lots where fiber hasn't reached. Expect 25–100 Mbps with higher latency than fiber but solid for streaming and video calls.

## Starlink

For remote workers on lots without fiber, **Starlink** is the most common solution — typically 100–250 Mbps down, low enough latency for Zoom, and unaffected by tree cover if you mount the dish above the canopy.

If work-from-home is non-negotiable, verify service at the _specific address_ before you write an offer.
